Because returns should be as easy as finding your favorite jeans.
We Want You to Love Your Marrakech Clothing Purchase
If it’s not quite right, no worries! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Here's how it works:
- Exchanges & Store Credit: FREE (because we want you to get what you love).
- Refund to Original Payment Method: We’ll refund you minus a $10.95 return shipping fee for the label.
- Returns Must Be: New, unworn, with original packaging & Marrakech hang tags attached.
Heads up: Items with stains or odors will be sent back and won’t be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items: Anything marked "Final Sale" is yours to keep—no returns or exchanges.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
We keep it simple:
🔹 Step 1: Start Your Return
Click Here to Use Our Online Returns Portal
🔹 Step 2: Print & Attach the Prepaid Return Label
You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label—just print it out and stick it on your package.
🔹 Step 3: Drop It Off
Ship your package back via the carrier on the return label.
🔹 Step 4: Get Your Refund or Exchange
- For Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you the full merchandise price minus the $10.95 return shipping fee (unless you send it back with your own label).
- For Store Credit: You’ll get an email with a store credit for the full amount of your returned item(s).
- For Exchanges: Simply place a new order for the item you want to make sure it’s in stock, then send the original item back following the return steps above.
💰 Returning an order over $1,000? You'll be charged a $10.95 handling fee for every $500 that is returned.
Processing & Refund Timeline
📦 Warehouse Processing: 5 business days from the time we receive your return.
💳 Refunds to Your Card: Allow up to 10 business days (depending on your bank).
🛍️ Store Credit: Sent via email as soon as your return is processed.
Important Notes
- Only purchases made on MarrakechClothing.com can be returned to us. If you bought our items from an approved retailer or boutique, please contact them directly.
- Prefer to use your own shipping? No problem—just send your return via the carrier of your choice.
Damaged Merchandise
We inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive a damaged piece (rare, but it happens!), we’ve got you covered.
